Refund and Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, returns and refunds are accepted only under specific circumstances.
Eligible Cases
You may request a refund or replacement within 3 days of delivery if:

You received the wrong product.

The bottle was leaking or tampered with upon delivery.

The product was spoiled upon delivery.

The product was damaged during transit.
To initiate a claim, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind.

Personal taste preferences.

Requests made after 3 days from delivery.

Products that have been substantially consumed or improperly stored after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for our products.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Shipping Policy
We currently deliver our products across India.
Orders are processed and dispatched within our standard processing timelines and shipped through Shiprocket and its courier partners.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate.
